Ensalada templada de melva

Hoy, voy a dejaros una receta de una ensalada que me hice anoche, la verdad es que sabia que me apetecía ensalada, pero no quería una típica, me apetecía variar un poquillo, así que empecé a hacer esta y quedó bastante bien.


Ingredientes:

  • Lechuga romana
  • Lechuga hoja de roble
  • Melva en conserva
  • tomates secos con hierbas, (que me dieron a probar desde Winefood).
  • Bayas de goji (25-30 es la ración recomendada diaria)
  • Orégano al gusto
  • Sal
  • Aceite de oliva
Elaboración:
Cortamos las lechugas ya lavadas y escurridas, yo elegí esas por que es lo que tenia en la nevera, pero se puede añadir cualquier tipo, y la ponemos en un bol.
Añadimos la melva haciendo virutas no demasiado pequeñas, y añadimos las bayas de goji, que le dan un toque dulce a la ensalada.
En una sarten ponemos un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra, los tomates secos cortados en tiras y el orégano, y salteamos el tomate un poco. añadimos todo junto a la ensalada y lista para comer.

    Curiosamente, disfruté de este singular pescado azul, comprando en Eroski unas latas de conserva de melva en aceite de oliva. Conservas, excelentes, generosas en cantidad y en calidad.
